King prawns in red chilli and coconut sauce
Prawns (Koong) and red chilli paste (Pad Ped) are key ingredients in this classic dish which can be found on many Thai restaurant menus. The addition of Jimmy’s satay sauce gives this dish a smoother and less spicy taste.
Serves: 2 persons
6 jumbo tiger or king prawns, 1/2 tsp cornflour, 1/2 tsp red chilli paste, 2 tbsps Jimmy’s Satay Sauce, 1/2 tin of coconut milk, 10 lime leaves, 6 Thai basil leaves, 1
Ingredients: 2 Oz Jimmy’s Sate Sauce, 20 grams of salt, 2 pieces of pandan leaves, suitable amount of vegetable oil, 1 teaspoon of cornflour and 2 lbs of chicken wings
1) Marinate chicken wings in sate sauce;
2) Fry skewered chicken wings in wok until golden brown;
3) Serve with sate sauce to enhance the flavour.
Tips: Use moderate heat when frying the chicken wings to avoid burning.

Broccoli 200 g [cut into florets]
Cauliflower 120 g [cut into florets]
Button Mushroom (s) 50 g [canned, sliced]
Carrot (s) 25 g [sliced]
Jimmy's Sate Sauce 2tbs
1. Blanch broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms and carrot in boiling water. Drain.
2. Stir-fry all vegetables in 2 tbsp oil. Stir in Jimmy's Sate Sauce and heat through.
