Chicken Wings in Sate Sauce (沙爹雞翼)


(Serve 6) Ingredients: 2 Oz Jimmy’s Sate Sauce, 20 grams of salt, 2 pieces of pandan leaves, suitable amount of vegetable oil, 1 teaspoon of cornflour and 2 lbs of chicken wings Method: 1) Marinate chicken wings in sate sauce; 2) Fry skewered chicken wings in wok until golden brown; 3) Serve with sate sauce to enhance the flavour. Tips: Use moderate heat when frying the chicken wings to avoid burning.
