Minced Beef Wraps Mexican Style 墨西哥玉米餅免治牛肉捲


Ingredients (Serving 2-4 persons): Minced beef 400g, #myjimmysate 2 tbs, crushed garlic 4 tsp, vegetable oil 2 tsp, cumin powder 2 tsp, chilli powder 2 tsp, chopped coriander 20g, 6 flour tortillas cut in half moon shape, lettuce, salt Method (Preparation and cooking time: 15 mins): 1. Fry garlic in oil on a medium heat until golden brown; 2. Add minced beef, #myjimmysate, cumin powder, chilli powder and salt. Mix well until cooked then add coriander. 3. Heat up tortillas, shape into cone, fill with minced and lettuce.
