Spicy clams with Wine - 辣酒煮蜆


Ingredients 500g clams, 4 cloves garlic, 1 tbs spicy soybean paste, 4 tbs #myjimmysate, 1 tbs soy sauce, 50mL Chinese cooking wine, 50mL rice wine, 1 tbs sugar, 3 chilies, 500mL chicken broth

Method: 1. Minced the garlics. Chop shallots and chilies. 2. In a pan, heat some oil on high heat. Sauté the garlic and shallots. Add the spicy soybean paste and Satay sauce. 3. Add the soy sauce, Chinese cooking wine, rice wine, sugar and chilies. Cook until boil. 4. Then add clams and chicken broth. Cover a lid and simmer for 3 minutes. Mix well. Ready to serve.

材料: 蛤蜊1斤,蒜 4瓣,乾蔥 3粒,豆瓣醬 1湯匙,#正味沙爹醬 4湯匙, 生抽 1湯匙, 紹興酒 50毫升, 米酒 50毫升, 砂糖 1湯匙, 紅辣椒 3個, 雞湯 100毫升

做法: 1.將蒜切蓉,幹蔥、辣椒切碎; 2.加油熱鍋,炒香蒜蓉和幹蔥,加入豆瓣醬、沙茶醬; 3.然後加入生抽、紹興酒、米酒、糖和辣椒,煮開; 4.最後加入蛤蜊和雞湯燜煮3分鐘,然後翻炒幾下,即成。
