Yummy Fried Pork Chop - 香煎惹味豬扒


Ingredients (Serves 4) : Pork 450 g [ cut into thick slices ] , garlic 1 tablespoon [ chopped ] , shredded lemon peel 1/2 , cooking wine 1 tbs, lemon and coriander Fan [ decorative ]

Marinade: black pepper sauce 1 1/2 tbsp, #myjimmysate 1 1/2 tbsp , soy sauce 1 tbs sugar 1 tpsp

Method: 1. Pork chop marinate for 30 minutes. 2. With 2 tbsp oil and fry until golden pork chop cooked , add chopped garlic and lemon zest and cook for 1 minute. 3. Add the cooking wine and stir well, decorated with lemon and coriander Fan .

材料(四人份量): 豬扒 450 克 [切成厚片],蒜頭 1 湯匙 [剁碎],檸檬皮碎 1/2 個,廚酒 1 湯匙,檸檬片及番荽 [裝飾用 ]

醃料: 黑椒汁 1 1/2 湯匙,#正味沙爹醬 1 1/2 湯匙,生抽 1 湯匙,糖 1 茶匙

做法: 1. 豬扒用醃料醃30分鐘。 2. 用2湯匙油將豬扒煎至金黃熟透,加入蒜蓉及檸檬皮碎煮1分鐘。 3. 贊酒炒勻,飾以檸檬及番荽。
