Fried Spaghetti in Sate Sauce (沙嗲醬炒意粉)


沙嗲醬炒意粉 (2人份量)

材料:

沙嗲醬2安士,意粉1/2磅,菜油2茶匙,鹽適量,青椒絲10克,黃椒絲10克,紅椒絲10克。

做法:

1) 將意粉煮熟過冷水,用菜油拌勻;

2) 用鍋爆香青椒絲、黃椒絲和紅椒絲炒熟;

2) 用鍋炒意粉加入#myjimmysate,加鹽、調味即可。

要點: 在加入沙嗲醬時邊加邊炒,但不要太長時間,以免炒焦。

Fried Spaghetti in Sate Sauce (Serves 2)

Ingredients:

2 ozs of satay sauce, 1/2 lb of spaghetti, 2 tea spoons of vegetable oil, salt, 10 grams of shredded green pepper, 10 grams of shredded yellow pepper, 10 grams of shredded red pepper

Method:

1) Boil spaghetti, drain, then cool with cold water. Drain and stir in vegetable oil;

2) Saute shredded peppers;

2) Stir fry spaghetti in wok. Add #myjimmysate and salt. Ready to serve.

Tips: When adding satay sauce, stir fry quickly while pouring in the sauce to avoid burning.
