Spicy Green Beans with Ginger and Coriander 沙爹香菜炒四季豆
Ingredients: (Serving 2 persons) 400g green beans cut into 4 cm lengths, 4 tbsp Jimmy’s Sate (satay) Sauce, 1 tbsp vegetable oil, 1 tbsp crushed garlic, 200ml stock of water, 2 tsp lemon juice, 20g thinly sliced ginger, 12 slices red chilli, 20g coriander cut into 4cm lengths as garnish Method: (Preparation and cooking time: under 15 minutes) Fry garlic and ginger in oil until aromatic and then add the beans; Add Jimmy’s satay sauce and stock until beans are cooked; Add lemon juice and chilli. Garnish with coriander. Tips: Any of your favourite vegetables can be used. 提示: 亦適合任何蔬菜。
