Sate Beef Bread - 沙爹牛肉包


一個沙爹牛肉包配一杯港式奶茶,絕配!只應香港有😋😋😋

Ingredients (Serves 3) Bread 3ea, Beef 300 g [sliced], Onion(s) 90 g [cut into pieces], #myjimmysate 60 g

Method 1.Saute onion and green bell pepper in 1 tbsp oil until fragrant. 2. Add beef fillet and stir-fry until done. Stir in #myjimmysate for Satay Beef and heat through. Also good for: pork fillet, chicken meat and lamb fillet. 3. Cut the bread into two half and heat it in wok with some oil 4. Put the sate beef in the bread and it is ready.

材料(三人份量) 軟香面包3個,牛肉 300 克 [切片], 洋蔥 90 克 [切塊], #正味沙爹醬 60 克

做法: 1. 用1湯匙油爆香洋蔥。加入牛柳炒熟,下#正味沙爹醬 炒勻至熱透。亦適合:豬柳、雞肉及羊柳。 2. 把面包上下分中切開,用油鑊煎熱備用。 3. 把沙爹牛肉夾在面包中間食用。
