Satay Chicken Skewer - 沙爹雞串


Ingredients (Serves 4) 400g chicken thigh, Bamboo skewer, #myjimmysate`1 jar Method Dice the chicken into medium size and place the chicken in the zipper bag. Pour the #myjimmysate into the zipper bag with the chicken Shake until the chicken is coated with the marination, and place in the fridge for 3-4 hours or up to 1 day Skewer 3-4 pieces chicken, and place on the baking pan and cook for about 15-20 minutes in a 180C oven Ready to serve 材料 (4人份量): 雞腿肉400克, 竹籤, #正味沙爹醬 1罐 做法: 1. 將雞肉切成中等大小, 放入密實袋內。 2. 將#正味沙爹醬 倒入密實袋內,混合雞肉。 3. 搖勻至雞肉沾上沙爹醬,放入雪櫃3-4小時至1日。 4. 用竹籤串上3-4塊雞肉,放在焗盤上,用焗爐以180度烤焗約15-20分鐘。 5. 即成!
