Thai Spicy Green Beans With Ginger And Coriander

This recipe requires the use of Jimmy’s Saté Sauce direct from jar.
Ingredients:
400g green beans cut into 4cm lengths
4 tbsp Jimmy’s Saté Sauce
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp crushed garlic
200ml or 1 cup of water with 1 tsp chicken powder for stock
2 tsp lemon juice
20g thinly sliced ginger
1 red chilli (thinly sliced)
20g coriander cut into 4cm lengths for garnish
Method:
Fry garlic and ginger in oil first in a wok, and then add the green beans, toss and stir the beans occasionally for 1 minute, add Jimmy’s Saté Sauce and stock, stir well with the beans and cover with a lid to cook for further 2-3 minutes or until the beans are soft.
Before serving, add lemon juice and chilli into the wok and mix well. Before serving, garnish the green beans with coriander.
